Estate and Succession Planning

Arthur Laércio Homci is a partner in the Commercial Civil Law and Corporate practice and heads the firm's strategic litigation. His assessment of a dispute begins before any lawsuit: what is at stake, how long the client can afford to wait and which outcome preserves the business. From there, he combines procedural strategy with structured negotiation, always focused on an effective resolution of the dispute.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Universidade Federal do Pará, with a dissertation on the integrity of precedents as a guarantee of access to justice, and coordinates the undergraduate Law program at CESUPA, where he teaches Civil Procedure and is a permanent faculty member of the graduate (stricto sensu) program. He also teaches in several postgraduate specialization programs across Brazil.
