Administrative Law and Concessions

The Administrative Law and Concessions practice advises companies and public bodies throughout the full cycle of their dealings with government, from participation in public tenders and bid structuring to the performance of public contracts, oversight, sanctions and the renegotiation of terms in concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs). The practice combines deep technical expertise in public law with an economic and regulatory understanding of essential services.

Recent work includes institutional coordination among the State, municipalities and concessionaires; bid structuring in complex tenders; defending institutions in significant administrative notices; preventive writs of mandamus to secure participation in public procurement; and support in proceedings before courts of accounts.
