Crisis and Reputation Management

The Crisis and Reputation Management practice addresses what is perhaps the most difficult terrain in contemporary business law: moments when legal risk becomes intertwined with reputational, media and relationship risk. The premise of the work is that reputation is an asset and, like any asset, requires structured protection, not just reaction. The practice therefore combines rapid response with the design of medium-term strategies to rebuild institutional trust.

The team advises organizations in sensitive situations, including corporate disputes with public exposure, conflicts with government over essential services, operational crises at industrial plants, allegations of administrative irregularities, fraud involving the client's name, and critical moments of corporate or succession transition. The legal work is coordinated with the client's corporate communications, with attention to key stakeholders (customers, suppliers, lenders, regulators, staff) and to the timing of every public decision.
