Estate and Succession Planning
Lucca Mendes founded Mendes in 2015 and has led the firm as managing partner ever since. His practice centers on strategic civil and corporate advisory work, with an emphasis on negotiating and structuring contracts and transactions, and he is involved in clients' most sensitive decisions, from the acquisition of a company to the negotiated resolution of a dispute.
Law firm management is also a subject of study for him: he holds a master's degree from Fundação Dom Cabral, with research on leadership in law firms, and served on the Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Committee of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). This dual perspective, as both lawyer and manager, shapes the way he runs the firm.
