Estate and Succession Planning
Isabelle Rodrigues is an associate in the Mendes Rio de Janeiro office, practicing corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts. She advises Brazilian and foreign companies across a range of sectors, has worked on significant M&A transactions in the market, and has experience in private equity and capital markets. She has completed executive programs in M&A and corporate law at Insper and Columbia Law School and is a member of IBRADEMP.
