Eduardo Uliana heads the finance and operations areas at Mendes, where he is responsible for corporate finance, financial planning and budgeting, and the financial modeling that supports the partners' decisions. A civil engineer by training, he has more than ten years of finance experience in sectors such as agribusiness, real estate and legal consulting.
He brings an engineer's quantitative mindset to the firm's management: turning operational data into financial strategy, bringing finance and operations closer together and upholding quality and efficiency standards in internal processes. He also oversees the firm's career management framework and supports the legal practices when a client solution depends on numerical analysis, such as projections, scenarios and feasibility studies.
