Government Relations

For some organizations, government is the principal counterpart: utility concessionaires, suppliers under public contracts, providers within the public health system and entities representing entire sectors of the economy. For them, the relationship with government bodies, agencies and legislatures is a permanent part of operations.

Mendes supports these organizations in technical engagement with the public administration, in representing employers' unions and trade associations in collective negotiations and petitions, in preparing technical notes and briefs, and in participating in public consultations and negotiation forums involving multiple levels of government, always with transparency and within the applicable ethical and legal frameworks.
